Data Deletion

You can request deletion of eligible Forge Growth AI data by contacting support. This page explains what can be deleted and what may need to be retained.
How to Request Deletion
Email contact@forge-web-studio.com from the email address associated with your account. Include the workspace name, the data you want deleted, and whether the request includes connected Google data.
Data That Can Usually Be Deleted
- • Account profile data.
- • Business profile and workspace data.
- • Saved website audit inputs and outputs.
- • Lead, competitor, review, content, and report data stored in your workspace.
- • AI prompts, drafts, and generated recommendations stored by the app.
- • Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, Google Places, or other Google-derived data stored by Forge Growth AI.
Data We May Need to Retain
Some information may be retained when required for legal, tax, billing, security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, dispute resolution, backup integrity, or compliance reasons. Retained data will be limited to what is reasonably necessary.
Disconnecting Google Access
You can disconnect Google access through your Google Account permissions page or integration settings when available. Disconnecting access stops future access but does not automatically delete previously stored data; email support to request deletion.
Expected Response Time
We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 10 business days. Completion time may vary based on request scope, verification needs, backups, and legal or billing requirements.
