• • Account data such as name, email address, login/session information, workspace name, and support requests.
• • Business profile data such as business name, industry, services, target locations, competitors, website URL, goals, current tools, and marketing bottlenecks.
• • Website URLs and related audit signals such as page title, form presence, phone presence, page size, SEO notes, and conversion recommendations.
• • Google Search Console data if you connect it, such as sites, queries, impressions, clicks, pages, and performance metrics needed for SEO features.
• • Google Business Profile data if you connect it, such as account/location identifiers, business profile details, review and local visibility signals, and listing information needed for user-facing features.
• • Google Places data if used, such as place details, ratings, review counts, business categories, and local search context.
• • Payment and subscription data processed through Stripe, such as plan selection, subscription status, customer ID, invoice status, and billing portal actions. Forge Growth AI does not store full card numbers.
• • AI-generated content and prompts, including website audit requests, content drafts, review response drafts, lead recovery copy, call intelligence inputs, and AI advisor questions.
• • Analytics and cookie data such as device/browser information, page views, referral information, authentication cookies, and preference cookies.

How We Use Data

• • To provide user-facing Forge Growth AI features, including audits, dashboards, SEO planning, content tools, lead tracking, reports, and integration status.
• • To personalize recommendations based on the business profile, website URL, connected data, and selected goals.
• • To process subscriptions, billing, cancellations, invoices, and account support through Stripe and related providers.
• • To improve reliability, security, product quality, analytics, and customer support.
• • To communicate service updates, support responses, billing notices, and important account information.

Google User Data

If you connect Google services, Forge Growth AI may request access only to scopes needed for the app features you choose to use.

• • Google data that may be accessed includes Search Console site performance, Google Business Profile account/location details, listing information, review/local visibility signals, and Google Places details relevant to audits and local SEO workflows.
• • Google data is accessed to provide user-facing features such as SEO audits, local business profile insights, performance reporting, recommendations, and growth planning.
• • Google user data is used only to provide and improve the features you request inside Forge Growth AI.
• • Google user data is not sold.
• • Google user data is not used for unrelated advertising.
• • Google user data is not used to train general AI models.
• • Google user data may be stored in your workspace or connected provider systems only as needed to provide the service, maintain history, troubleshoot issues, and support account features.
• • You can disconnect Google access from your Google Account permissions page, from connected integration settings when available, or by contacting support.
• • You can request deletion of stored Google-derived data by emailing support. We will delete eligible data unless retention is required for security, legal, billing, or abuse-prevention reasons.

How Data Is Stored and Protected

Forge Growth AI uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate for a SaaS product. Access to production systems and secrets should be limited to authorized operators and providers that need access to deliver the service.

AI Features

AI features may process prompts, website information, business context, connected integration data, and user instructions to generate drafts, summaries, recommendations, or reports. Users are responsible for reviewing AI output before publishing or relying on it.

Cookies and Analytics

Forge Growth AI may use essential cookies for authentication and security, preference cookies for product settings, and analytics cookies to understand site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling essential cookies may prevent login or app functionality.

Deletion Requests

You can request deletion of eligible account, business profile, workspace, AI-generated, and Google-derived data by emailing contact@forge-web-studio.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, billing, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution reasons.
