This policy explains how subscription billing, cancellations, and refund requests are handled for Forge Growth AI.

SaaS Subscription Billing

Forge Growth AI subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe unless otherwise stated. Billing dates, plan names, and invoice details may be available through Stripe checkout, invoices, or the billing portal.

Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription through the billing portal when available or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewal charges, but it does not automatically refund past charges.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests are reviewed case by case.
  • Refunds may be considered for duplicate charges, billing errors, accidental renewals reported promptly, or service access issues caused by Forge Growth AI.
  • Refunds are generally not provided for unused time, lack of implementation, change of business plans, or dissatisfaction with business outcomes.

No Guaranteed Business Results

Forge Growth AI does not guarantee rankings, revenue, leads, conversions, or business outcomes. Refunds are not based on whether a particular SEO, marketing, revenue, or lead goal was achieved.
